What this website is for, what it is not, and how the requests you send through it are handled.
Not for emergencies
This website cannot call for help. If someone is badly hurt or suddenly very ill, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Vitals is an outpatient clinic and has no emergency room.
Not medical advice
The pages here explain how the clinic works and what common conditions are. They do not diagnose or treat anyone. Please see a doctor about your own health.
Bookings and requests
A booking, LOA request or message sent here is a request, not a confirmation. Our staff confirm it by text, e-mail or phone. A clinic day can change when a doctor is called away; we tell you by text as soon as we know.
Prices and rates
The prices on this site are the clinic's current published prices. Your final bill follows the services your doctor orders, less PhilHealth, your HMO and any senior or PWD discount, and your statement shows each line. See HMOs and LOAs.
Using the site fairly
Please send only true details, for yourself or someone who has agreed to it. Do not try to break, overload or copy the site. Every form is protected against automated misuse.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
